Integrable Mappings and Polynomial Growth

چکیده
We describe birational representations of discrete groups generated by involutions, having their origin in the theory of exactly solvable vertex-models in lattice statistical mechanics. These invo-lutions correspond respectively to two kinds of transformations on q × q matrices: the inversion of the q × q matrix and an (involutive) permutation of the entries of the matrix. We concentrate on the case where these permutations are elementary transpositions of two entries. In this case the birational transformations fall into six different classes. For each class we analyze the factorization properties of the iteration of these transformations. These factorization properties enable to define some canonical homogeneous polynomials associated with these factorization properties. Some map-pings yield a polynomial growth of the complexity of the iterations. For three classes the successive iterates, for q = 4, actually lie on elliptic curves. This analysis also provides examples of integrable mappings in arbitrary dimension, even infinite. Moreover, for two classes, the homogeneous polyno-mials are shown to satisfy non trivial non-linear recurrences. The relations between factorizations of the iterations, the existence of recurrences on one or several variables, as well as the integrability of the mappings are analyzed.

From Integrable Lattices to Non-qrt Mappings
Second-order mappings obtained as reductions of integrable lattice equations are generally expected to have integrals that are ratios of biquadratic polynomials, i.e., to be of QRT-type. In this paper we find reductions of integrable lattice equations that are not of this type. The mappings we consider are exact reductions of integrable lattice equations proposed by Adler, Bobenko and Suris. Su...
متن کاملFixed point theorem for mappings satisfying contractive condition of integral type on intuitionistic fuzzy metric space
In this paper, we shall establish some fixed point theorems for mappings with the contractive condition of integrable type on complete intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces $(X, M,N,*,lozenge)$. We also use Lebesgue-integrable mapping to obtain new results. Akram, Zafar, and Siddiqui introduced the notion of $A$-contraction mapping on metric space. In this paper by using the main idea of the work...
متن کاملRelationships between Darboux Integrability and Limit Cycles for a Class of Able Equations
We consider the class of polynomial differential equation x&= , 2(,)(,)(,)nnmnmPxyPxyPxy++++2(,)(,)(,)nnmnmyQxyQxyQxy++&=++. For where and are homogeneous polynomials of degree i. Inside this class of polynomial differential equation we consider a subclass of Darboux integrable systems. Moreover, under additional conditions we proved such Darboux integrable systems can have at most 1 limit cycle.
متن کاملFatou’s Lemma for Unbounded Gelfand Integrable Mappings
It is shown that, in the framework of Gelfand integrable mappings, the Fatou-type lemma for integrably bounded mappings, due to Cornet–Medecin [14] and the Fatou-type lemma for uniformly integrable mappings due to Balder [9], can be generalized to mean norm bounded integrable mappings.

Konopelchenko Abstract It is shown that the dispersionless scalar integrable hierarchies and, in general, the universal Whitham hierarchy are nothing but classes of integrable deformations of quasiconformal mappings on the plane. Examples of deformations of quasiconformal mappings associated with explicit...
